Save time with easy integration. Our payroll service seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online Edition and QuickBooks for Mac.

Once you run a payroll or make a tax payment, you click on the Export link to send the information to your accounting software.

Our payroll service updates your accounting software’s check register and reports (like the balance sheet) with payroll and tax payment details so you eliminate errors by not having to re-enter the same information twice.

Here it is, step by step:

  1. You register for Savvy Nanny Payroll Services by clicking on our new client registration page. Enter your name and click to sign the terms of service. Click Submit and we will grant you access to your online account within one business day (usually sooner).
  2. You will be sent a login name and temporary password through email. Use this to access your account.
  3. Once you have access, you will be guided through all the steps necessary to pay your employee. If you do not already have a Federal Employer ID Number or don’t know your State Unemployment Insurance rate, don’t worry. Our step by process will direct you to the correct forms to complete.
  4. Once setup is done take a breath. You will now be informed through email reminders when it is time to pay your employees, file taxes, etc. Just click a button when you receive a reminder and click, click you are done.
